Can I purchase a lobster sandwich online and get a free sandwich loaded onto my rewards card? Unfortunately, this promotion is not valid when you order a lobster sandwich online. However, it is valid in restaurant at all participating D’Angelo restaurants.

Do I have to be a current member of the D’Angelo rewards program to participate in this promotion?  Yes, you must sign up for our rewards program before you purchase a lobster sandwich in order to qualify for the free sandwich.  If you are not a current rewards member, you can join the rewards program by visiting any participating D’Angelo restaurant or online at dangelos.com/rewards. In order to receive a free sandwich, you must present your rewards card to your cashier before you purchase a lobster sandwich.

What size and type of sandwich must be purchased in order to receive a free sandwich loaded onto my rewards card? The qualifying sandwich must be one of our lobster options in any size. Options include our Traditional Lobster Sandwich, Baked Stuffed Lobster Sandwich, Surf & Turf, 4" Lobster sandwich with soup or salad, or 29" Lobster Great Divide.

What size and type of sandwich will be loaded onto my rewards card when I purchase a lobster sandwich? The free sandwich is valid for a small size sandwich. Free sandwich is valid for any of our sandwiches excluding lobster.

Can I purchase any D’Angelo Sandwich and get a free sandwich loaded on my rewards card? You must purchase one of our lobster sandwich options (Traditional Lobster Sandwich, Baked Stuffed Lobster Sandwich, Surf & Turf, 4" Lobster sandwich with soup or salad, or 29" Lobster Great Divide) in any size to receive a free sandwich (free sandwich excludes lobster).

Will my free sandwich appear on my rewards card immediately?  It may take up to 24 hours for your free sandwich to appear on your card.

Does my free sandwich expire?  Your free sandwich will expire in 14 days from when it is loaded on your rewards card. You can see the date your sandwich was loaded onto your card by visiting your account at dangelos.com/rewards.

If I purchase 2 lobster sandwiches at one time, will I get 2 free sandwiches loaded onto my rewards card?  The promotion is limited to one free sandwich per person per day, regardless of how many lobster sandwiches you purchase.

Do I earn rewards points when I purchase a lobster sandwich? You earn points on the original sandwich purchase. If you purchase more than one lobster sandwich at one time, you will receive rewards points for each sandwich you purchase.  However, you will not receive points when redeeming your free sandwich.

If I purchase a lobster roll at Papa Gino’s the day after a Red Sox win, will I get a free sandwich?  This promotion is valid only on lobster sandwiches purchased at D’Angelo or D’Angelo/Papa Gino’s Dual restaurants.

Do I need to register my card before I can redeem my free sandwich?  While you do not need to register your card before you purchase the qualifying lobster sandwich, you will need to register your rewards card before you redeem your free sandwich.

Do I need to have my rewards card with me to redeem my free sandwich? Yes, you will need to have your cashier swipe your rewards card in order to redeem your free sandwich.

If I don’t have my rewards card, can I still get credit for purchasing my lobster sandwich and earn the free sandwich? If you provide your phone number to your cashier he or she can look up your card and make sure you get credit for your purchase and the free sandwich will be loaded on our card. However, you need to have your physical card to redeem your free sandwich.

I don’t have a physical card, only a virtual card number I signed up for online. What should I do? You may print out your card number and present the print-out to your cashier when you purchase your lobster sandwich.  You can also present this print-out to your cashier to redeem your free sandwich.  We do recommend that you swap that number for a physical card by asking the cashier to perform a “media exchange" to move your virtual number to a physical card.

Can I redeem my free sandwich for a pokket or wrap?  Yes, you can also redeem your free sandwich for a small pokket or wrap (excluding lobster).

Can I redeem my free sandwich at Papa Gino’s?  Your sandwich must be redeemed at a participating D'Angelo restaurant or D’Angelo/Papa Gino’s Dual restaurant only.

What if Boston plays 2 games on one day and win both games?  Can I get two free sandwiches?  The promotion is limited to one Boston win per day regardless of how many games Boston plays on one day.

What if Boston wins a game that ends after midnight eastern standard time?  The timing of the promotion is based on when the game begins, not when the game ends. For example, if Boston wins a game on August 22nd that ends after midnight on August 23rd, you would come into participating D’Angelos on August 23rd to qualify for a free sandwich when you purchase any lobster sandwich.

I just tried to use my free sandwich, but it was not on my card. What do I do? Make sure you brought in the same card today as you originally used to purchase your lobster sandwich.
